The Barback is the backbone of the bar operations. In a high-volume venue like COMPLEX19, your job is to stay three steps ahead of the bartenders. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role that requires a "get it done" attitude from doors-open until the 6:00 AM lights-up.

This role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service, as you are responsible for managing the flow of entry, handling ticketing and guest list processing, and ensuring strict compliance with all entry regulations. You are a key guardian of our venue's welcoming atmosphere and operational integrity.
